Bookings are exclusively from Saturday to Saturday. However, we are open to your suggestions, particularly for arrival during the week, as long as this does not leave us less than 7 days free between bookings.

Arrival: after 5pm. If we can accommodate you earlier, we will do so.

Departure: before 10.00 am.

To facilitate organisation, please inform us in advance of your approximate arrival time and if your departure is before the scheduled time.

To confirm your booking, you will need to sign a rental contract.

A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount must be paid within one week of signing the contract.

The balance must be paid on arrival at the latest.

Payment methods accepted: bank transfer or cash.

A security deposit of €2,000 is required on arrival to cover any minor damage.

If the damage exceeds this amount, an affidavit must be drawn up before contacting your insurance company to cover the additional costs.

The deposit is refundable after inspection of the property on departure, provided that no damage has been found.

Guests who cancel at least 60 days before the arrival date will receive 50% of the initial deposit.

If the cancellation is made after this period, guests will not receive the deposit and will also have to pay 50% of the balance no later than the date on which they are due to arrive at the villa.

In the absence of a written cancellation and if no tenant arrives at the villa, the balance of the rental is due within one week.

The total number of guests at the villa must not exceed 12.

The villa is strictly reserved for rental and not for events. Weddings, photo shoots, receptions or similar events are not allowed.

Birthdays and music are accepted, but respect for the neighbours must be taken into account, especially after 10.30pm. Please keep the volume down so as not to disturb them too much.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside, as the outside is very pleasant.
