TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION
Reservation
To confirm your booking, you will be asked to sign a rental contract and pay a 25% deposit within one week. The balance must be paid on arrival at the latest.
Stay
Rentals can only be made from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival: after 5 p.m. Departure: before 10.00 am. A shorter rental period has no impact on the weekly rate.
Travellers
Maximum 12 people authorised, including guests.
Security deposit
We will ask you for a deposit of 2,000 euros to cover any minor damage. If, however, the damage exceeds this sum, you will need to draw up a sworn statement before contacting your insurance company.
